About Eleanne:

Eleanne was born in Michoacán, Mexico. She has spent the last 20 years working as a professional dancer all over the world, including Mexico, Cuba, Canada, USA, Singapore, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy. Eleanne has a BA in Performing Arts from the University of Queretaro.

All the academic work, decades of training and exploring the teachings have led me to this: The body knows. You simply need to be present to start the conversation, listen and breathe. Movement allows us to slowly release the tension and melt completely into the body, leaving aside the goals and expectations, while being present with the way the body wants to breathe and move, moment by moment. Movement comes from the inherent wisdom of the body, all you need to do is listen and follow. Movement releases, circulates, integrates, connects, and cures. May you always be connected and joyful¨
